The tiled floors and stained-glass ceiling survive from the butcher's shop this bistro used to be, which gives the room a charm no decorator could fake. It runs a four-to-six-course seasonal tasting menu, with a vegetarian version available, and the service is warm without hovering. In good weather the terrace out front fills up fast. A cozy back room books privately in winter.
