A contemporary restaurant in a hotel beside Cathedral Square, Stebuklai earns its terrace on good weather days, when you're sitting directly across from one of Vilnius's grand landmarks with a fountain doing its best impression of ambience. Inside, the room runs modern and chic. The kitchen works a cosmopolitan register, pairing hamachi with hibiscus and shiso, the kind of menu that takes itself seriously without quite announcing it.
