Strasserwirt Gourmetstuben
Regional Austrian
Three dining rooms, each done in a completely different register, share a roof inside Hotel Strasserwirt. This is a regional set-menu restaurant where the Swiss stone pine panelling in one room gives way to handmade emerald-green floor tiles in the next, and exposed stone walls in a third. Up to five courses pull from the surrounding landscape, with char, wild mushrooms, and foraged herbs doing most of the work. Old-school Alpine dining, taken seriously.
