't Nonnetje
Portuguese-influenced French
A converted fisherman's cottage in Harderwijk's old town, now home to two Michelin stars and a kitchen with a quietly personal relationship with Portugal. The French-classical backbone is serious, the room is cosy with black-dominant styling and a lot of glass, and the chef still comes to the table himself to present dishes. The pastel de nata with coffee is the kind of gesture that earns loyalty from regulars who've memorized the menu anyway.
