Tacos Doña Mary La Gritona

The name comes from Doña Mary herself, who earned the nickname "la gritona" (the yeller) for scolding anyone who holds up the line. This family-run taqueria on Madero earns a Michelin Bib Gourmand for doing the simple thing extremely well: flour or corn tortillas, both made fresh, filled and topped with onion, cilantro, and a choice of salsas.
