The dining room inside the Grand Jersey Hotel looks out over St Aubin's Bay, which earns its keep as a view. This is fine-dining territory, linen tablecloths and all, built around Jersey produce: blue lobster, wild turbot, local Angus beef. The cooking leans classical but lets itself have a little fun with it. Bespoke wine flights are available if you'd rather someone else do the thinking.
