A farmhouse restaurant on the western slopes of Monte Baldo, where the terrace looks straight down to Lake Garda and the menu follows whatever the season is willing to hand over. The kitchen works through meat, fish, and vegetable dishes with local ingredients doing most of the talking. The wine list runs to over a thousand bottles kept in an old underground cellar, which is a serious number for a hillside dining room this quiet.
