    Perched above Da Ribeira beach on Galicia's Coast of Death, this Michelin-starred tasting menu restaurant occupies what used to be a family bar. The chef trained at serious kitchens before coming home, and the single daily-changing menu leans hard on local fishermen and producers. Natural, single-varietal wines from small Galician producers round things out, which sounds like a punchline until you taste the lineup.
