Named for the pale hedgehogs that actually roam Alderney, this boutique hotel sits in the middle of St. Anne, spread across a cluster of old stone buildings that make the contemporary interiors feel like a pleasant surprise. The restaurant and bar draw enough locals that you're never stuck eating with just the other guests, which is always a good sign. The Michelin Guide awarded it one Key.
