Every room at this Forbes Four Star, Michelin Key resort opens onto a private terrace facing the water, with the famous Arch of Cabo San Lucas visible across the bay. The architect leaned into the landscape rather than competing with it, so the timber walls and hand-painted tile floors feel grounded even as the infinity pool and rooftop lounge float above Monuments Beach. Enrique Olvera oversees the flagship restaurant, which should tell you something about the ambition level.
