    A glass vault perched on the Mönchsberg, with Salzburg spread out below like a postcard that keeps insisting on itself. This is a fine dining restaurant inside Schloss Mönchstein, holding a Michelin star, where the chef reinterprets Austrian culinary tradition through set menus of four or six courses, one of them vegetarian. The room is elegant, the service attentive, and the whole thing lands somewhere between castle formality and genuine creative cooking.
