    Part of Southampton's medieval city walls holds up a 12-room hotel, which is either a structural quirk or a very committed design statement. THE PIG in the Wall is a Georgian townhouse turned snug boutique stay, with colorful tiled floors, freestanding tubs, and larders stocked with treats in every room. The deli-bar downstairs keeps wine and freshly baked things on hand, making checkout feel genuinely inconvenient.
