Coolangatta is the laid-back end of the Gold Coast, where most hotels lean hard into the surfboard-and-rattan aesthetic. The Pink Hotel skips all of that: risqué murals, neon art in every room, polished concrete floors, and a tattoo shop off the lobby. The rooftop cabanas are genuinely unpretentious, the Janitors Closet piano bar sets a mood, and Eddie's Grub House pours whisky while live music goes. A hotel that feels like it wandered in from somewhere else entirely.
