    Seven Mile Beach's most famous 144 acres, this Forbes Five Star, Michelin One Key resort pairs ocean and lagoon views with a lineup that reads like someone was given an unlimited budget and no reason to stop. Eric Ripert's Blue anchors the dining, Jean-Michel Cousteau runs an ocean conservation program, and Greg Norman designed the golf course. When this many big names show up to one address, the Cayman Islands must be doing something right.
