    Floor-to-ceiling shelves of vintage spirits line the walls of this indoor-outdoor cocktail bar inside the Kimpton Seafire, where the Caribbean shoreline does most of the decorating. It ranks among North America's 50 Best Bars, which is an unusual thing to say about a hotel bar, but Library by the Sea has quietly made itself Grand Cayman's destination for serious drinking rather than frozen umbrella drinks.
