The Ship
Mediterranean
Eggshell blue walls against bright orange upholstery is a bold swing for a pub that's been standing on the Norfolk coast forever, but the Peyton sisters, also behind nearby Sculthorpe Mill, pull it off. The cooking leans Mediterranean, Spain and Italy mostly, with pan-seared hake, butterbeans, chorizo, and saffron the kind of thing that earns the decor its keep. Bedrooms upstairs if the drive home starts to feel ambitious.
