    A monochrome dining room tucked inside a refurbished city-centre mansion, The Time shares the building with sister restaurants and offices, which means you might walk past it twice before finding the door. The Mibrasa charcoal oven that anchored an earlier, grill-heavy incarnation is still firing, but the menu has grown up around it into something more considered. Modern cuisine, good bottles, and a room that takes itself seriously without being unkind about it.
