    A converted Victorian tobacco warehouse on the Stanley Dock waterfront, the Titanic Hotel keeps its nautical references tastefully in check, which is more than can be said for the millionth person who's made the iceberg joke at the Rum Bar. Rooms are large, beds are serious, and the architecture blends period stonework with contemporary furnishings without breaking a sweat. Stanley's Bar & Grill opens onto a waterfront terrace that earns its reputation on its own terms.
