    A neighborhood cocktail bar in Newquay running on renewable energy, with compost feeding the herb planters and over 140 bottles behind the stick. Foraged coastal botanicals show up when they're in season, kitchen scraps get upcycled into salts and sherbets, and the non-alcoholic list is taken as seriously as everything else. Named the Sustainable Bar of the Year by Top 50 Cocktail Bars, and it earns that without making you feel like you're attending a lecture.
