Tragatá Ronda
Spanish
Benito Gómez runs Bardal, one of the most talked-about fine dining spots in Andalusia, and this is his more relaxed project down the street: a tapas spot built around small plates and sharing. The menu leans traditional with a few fusion detours, and the ingredients are taken just as seriously as at the mothership, even if the bill isn't. A good place to eat well in Ronda without having to think too hard about what to wear.
