You enter through the shop, past shelves of wine and house-made sauces, before reaching the dining room of this old-school Emilian trattoria in the hills outside Bologna. The menu follows the seasons without making a fuss about it, built around lasagne with a tomato-free ragù, pumpkin-filled pasta, and tortellini in broth on the coldest days. Tigelle flatbread arrives alongside the ham. One Michelin star.
