    Lush plantings and locally quarried stone set the tone at this contemporary Cambodian resort, where the minimalist aesthetic is softened by handmade furniture, living plants in every room, and walls hung with local art. A rooftop infinity pool and a spa keep things unhurried, and three on-site restaurants cover everything from morning coffee to street-inspired Khmer dinners. The Siem Reap River outside is as far from Fifth Avenue as you can get.
