    Bare concrete, raw stone, and metal are doing all the decorating at this boutique hotel tucked behind an unmarked facade in Tin Hau. While the rest of the neighborhood buzzes, TUVE stays cool and minimal inside, the kind of place that considers a Le Labo bathroom and a well-curated minibar sufficient warmth. For anyone who finds chintz exhausting, it probably is.
