    A teppanyaki counter where the philosophy is almost aggressively minimal: prime ingredients, hot steel, and very little else. The room is dark and sleek, designed so nothing competes with what's happening in front of you. Wine gets serious attention, with Burgundy and Bordeaux anchoring a list that also nods to sake. It holds a Michelin star, which tracks for a place this focused. Tin Hau is a quieter corner of Hong Kong for it, but regulars seem unbothered by the commute.
