A vaulted cellar tucked into a quiet side street of Lindau's old town sets the scene for this contemporary restaurant, where the menu runs seasonal and concise, the kind of à la carte list that changes before you've had a chance to get attached to anything. The courtyard terrace is a genuinely pleasant escape in good weather, and the wine bar pulls its own weight. Friendly service, and no sense that anyone is performing.
