    A townhouse hotel in one of the Aegean's most quietly charming coastal towns, Viento is run by a family with Greek roots who, thankfully, resisted the urge to paint everything white and blue. The historical bones of the house stay visible throughout, antique pieces sit comfortably alongside contemporary design, and the kitchen leans hard on local farms. The hosts will happily point you toward the windsurfing. No children under ten.
