This Michelin-starred restaurant has been feeding people in this spot for generations, now run by two sisters whose grandparents started the whole thing. The menu leans into Aveyron's larder, Aubrac beef, local lamb, farmhouse cheese, the kind of cooking that knows exactly where it is.
