Vieux Pont
French
A medieval village pinned to the right bank of the Aveyron, with a castle overhead and cobblestones in every direction, is a lot of atmosphere to live up to over dinner. This Michelin-starred restaurant has been feeding people in this spot for generations, now run by two sisters whose grandparents started the whole thing. The menu leans into Aveyron's larder, Aubrac beef, local lamb, farmhouse cheese, the kind of cooking that knows exactly where it is.
