Villa Xarahiz
Regional Spanish
A family restaurant in the La Vera countryside where the bar stocks over 150 rums because one of the siblings who runs it is obsessed with the stuff. The cooking runs from weekday set lunches to multi-course tasting menus built around Iberian meats, suckling pig, and local goat, with a dish called Grandma Fidela's migas that the whole region apparently knows by name. The Michelin Guide awarded it a Bib Gourmand.
