A seafood restaurant with its own fish-maturing cellar and a bar big enough to make a statement, VIVE has been a Paris institution since forever. David and Stéphanie Le Quellec now run the kitchen, bringing a very Breton sensibility to dishes built for sharing: fish and shellfish sourced from Atlantic and Mediterranean markets, served in a room of long banquettes and genuine old-school grandeur. Dress accordingly.
