    The entrance hallway glows red, modeled on the Siq canyon that leads into Petra, and that sets the tone for the whole hotel. W Amman sits in Abdali, the city's newer downtown, and leans hard into bold, maximalist design without losing its footing in Jordanian culture. A Bedouin fabric tapestry anchors the lobby, and local references keep appearing throughout. It's the kind of place where the decor has opinions, and somehow they're all coherent.
