This all-day wine bistro inside a hotel doubles as a wine shop, so the shelves around you are actually for sale. The kitchen leans on regional ingredients and runs a short à la carte alongside a three- or four-course menu. In summer, tables spill onto the street out front, which is a nicer deal than it sounds in Schwerin.
