A traditional inn across the road from the family's better-known Schwarzer Adler, run by the youngest Keller son after time at Michelin-starred kitchens. The move back toward simplicity seems deliberate: regional German cooking built on quality ingredients and craft rather than elaborate flourishes. The courtyard terrace fills up on warm evenings, and the wine list leans on the family's own Franz Keller estate.
