The beams climb all the way into the roof, giving the dining room the feel of a very stylish barn, which makes sense given that much of what ends up on the plate was growing outside not long ago. This is a farm-to-table restaurant built around a surprise set menu, where the chef runs combinations like chicken, trout, and redcurrants together without much apology. Seasonal, farm-grown, and deliberately hard to categorize.
