    Eat 74

    Stone chapel, then printworks for a local paper, now a small-plates restaurant that holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand in a West Wales market town. The building has been lovingly restored to something bright and unfussy, and the kitchen leans on seasonal produce, sometimes drawing meat from the team's own family farm. The menu shifts with what's around, which is exactly the point.
