Eight thatched-roof bungalows on a hillside above the Oaxacan Pacific, set between two beaches and far enough up to feel like a secret the coast is keeping. Zoa calls itself a "hotel secreto" and doesn't oversell it. The infinity pool looks out at open ocean, mornings start with yoga, and the restaurant runs on whatever came out of the water that day. A Michelin Key hotel, and one of the more ecologically careful ones around.
