A fourth-generation family restaurant tucked into the Schleswig-Holstein countryside, earning a Michelin Bib Gourmand for the kind of unfussy regional cooking that rarely needs explaining. Cold roast beef with remoulade, pan-fried potatoes, smoked braised meats, proper desserts. The menu is long and the portions seem to have been set by people who actually work outdoors.
