What was once a farm equipment building on a landed estate now holds one of Abruzzo's more serious dining rooms, earning a Michelin star. The chef studied under Niko Romito and carries that precision into tasting menus built around estate-grown ingredients, kept deliberately spare so each one does its job. The land feeds the kitchen directly, calves, pigs, and kitchen gardens included, and the plates land somewhere between local tradition and quiet invention.
