The dining room dates to the 14th century, and the name above the door has been there since before anyone's great-great-grandmother was born. Zur Rose is a fine-dining restaurant on the South Tyrolean Wine Road, where the kitchen, now a father-and-son operation, runs a seasonal tasting menu rooted in Alto Adige tradition. A vegetarian menu runs alongside it. One Michelin star.
