The Best Hotels Near ONNO Grill & Bar, by the Record

  1. A sheltered bay on the Turkish Riviera, no televisions, and views of the Göcek Islands doing all the work that televisions would have done anyway. Ahãma is a design resort built around wabi-sabi principles, earthy textures, and a schedule that runs on sunrise yoga and sound therapy rather than checkout reminders. The Michelin Guide awarded it one Key. Pine shade, two restaurants, and the kind of stillness that feels deliberate rather than forgotten.

  2. A resort on a sapphire bay outside Fethiye with thirty-seven pools, eleven restaurants, and a kids' club designed by Turkey's only child-focused architecture firm, complete with a robotics lab and a disco running until eleven. Adults have a child-free enclave. The breakfast buffet alone runs to fifteen kinds of olive. The Lycian Way hiking trail passes through the hills just above.

  3. A boutique hotel carved into a steep cliffside above Fethiye's marina, where the terraced architecture does most of the talking. Nineteen rooms step down the rock face, old salvaged beams and heavy stone built into a structure that's practically new, which gives the whole place an appealing identity crisis. Balconies look out over the Turquoise Coast, there's a hammam, a pool deck, and a private yacht if the budget runs that direction.

  4. A six-room boutique hotel inside a medieval house that a local family pulled back from dereliction, deep in the old walled city of Rhodes. The connection to the Knights of Saint John is still readable in the bones. It runs more bed and breakfast than full hotel, which means breakfast is excellent and your hosts have opinions about the island. The Michelin Guide awarded it one Key.

Eat Score

The score comes from the awards it's won, weighted by who gave them: a Michelin star outweighs a listicle. When you sort by what's nearby, distance changes the order, never the score.

          Best Place Score

The Best Place Score rates the area around a point, not any one place. It runs on the scored places nearby: more good stuff within reach, higher score. If it looks low, we probably haven't found enough critics out here yet.
