A cobblestoned courtyard in one of Aarhus's better addresses is the first clue that this boutique hotel has an agenda. That agenda turns out to be Provence, pursued with real commitment: chandeliers, antiques sourced from the south of France, four-poster beds, clawfoot tubs, and retro film posters making a pied-à-terre of each room.
