Low lighting, red leather banquettes, and a name borrowed from a French boxer set the tone at this Westside steakhouse. Ford Fry built Marcel as a speakeasy-style throwback where the menu leans into dry-aged ribeyes and côte de boeuf alongside French-accented sides that nobody at the table will let you skip. The price tag is real, but so is the fun, which is a rarer combination than it sounds.
