    Thomas Keller brings his first Florida restaurant to a beautifully restored Art Deco landmark inside the Four Seasons in Surfside, and the room alone justifies the trip: amber lighting, plush banquettes, a vintage bar that makes you want to order something with a coupe glass. This is proper fine dining, the kind where sharp-suited servers move like they've never once dropped anything. The cooking is Continental and confident, with sauces that genuinely steal the show.
