    Raw wood and concrete set the tone at this luxury hotel in a former department store near the old city center, where the 1 Hotels aesthetic and Danish hygge turn out to be nearly the same thing. Rooms lean into touchable textiles and living plants rather than marble and polish. The flagship restaurant serves local Nordic fare, and the cocktail bar is named for a pear. The Michelin Guide awarded it one Key.
