Inside, it's dim and candlelit with tables pressed close together, giving it the mood of a speakeasy that decided to serve dinner. The cooking follows a Nordic-meets-everywhere logic, unfussy and seasonal, with the occasional playful twist, like a tuna dish you finish painting yourself.
