Udtryk, Danish for "expression," runs a tasting menu that pulls from both Asian and European traditions without announcing itself too loudly about it. The cooking is refined and genuinely curious, wagyu alongside Danish eel, Norwegian scallops with gingko nuts. It holds a Michelin star.
