Asturian-Portuguese Spanish
A tasting menu restaurant perched inside the Tivoli Kopke hotel, with terrace views across the Douro toward Porto. Spanish chef Nacho Manzano, known for Casa Marcial in Asturias, shaped the concept around two rivers, weaving the flavors of Asturian cooking into the ingredients of northern Portugal. Choose ten or twelve courses; the kitchen works in a register that's careful and precise without announcing itself too loudly.
