    A plunge pool off your room, a low-chlorine swimming pool for the house, and a strict adults-only door policy: 28 Degrees keeps Byron Bay's signature looseness while quietly upgrading most of it. It runs more like a guest house than a hotel, intimate in scale but polished in the rooms. The compact town center is walkable, and the beach is just past that. Selected by the Michelin Guide.
