    This is a rooftop restaurant and bar at the top of Batumi's Sheraton, where the main attraction is the 360-degree panorama of the Black Sea, with a steak or a burger as the supporting act. The menu wanders from T-bone and marble beef to sushi and baked sea bass, so everyone at the table gets to be difficult. Expect hotel-guest prices, date-night energy, and a Gault&Millau rating of 3 Toques.
