The name comes from theater, where actors break the fourth wall by speaking directly to the audience, and the chef does something similar: finishing dishes at a large open island while guests watch from their seats. This is a tasting menu restaurant in the residential calm of Villa Devoto, running either a four or seven course format. The room has big windows, low tables in one half, and a cooking counter in the other, with an intercom at the door that checks you're expected.
